Statement of Purpose: The Purpose of the Office of Career Discovery and Success is to champion post-graduation outcomes through strategic, data-informed initiatives that enhance student achievement and further our employment and graduate admissions goals through a career-everywhere approach. We aim to foster a framework of strong collaborations across campus and communicate successes to establish the university as a leader in student success. We are committed to providing and supporting exceptional career exploration services, fostering robust career coaching, providing faculty and staff education and resources, and facilitating a strong network of employer and alumni relations, thereby empowering the campus community and ensuring every student’s future success.

Missions: Our mission is to empower Auburn University’s campus community to support every student in achieving their post-graduation goals through data-driven career planning, robust career services, and strong employer and alumni relations, further establishing our university as a leader in student success.
