MISSION STATEMENT
Statement of Purpose: The Purpose of the Office of Career Discovery and Success is to champion post-graduation outcomes through strategic, data-informed initiatives that enhance student achievement and further our employment and graduate admissions goals through a career-everywhere approach. We aim to foster a framework of strong collaborations across campus and communicate successes to establish the university as a leader in student success. We are committed to providing and supporting exceptional career exploration services, fostering robust career coaching, providing faculty and staff education and resources, and facilitating a strong network of employer and alumni relations, thereby empowering the campus community and ensuring every student’s future success.

CLO 1 – Explore and Evaluate Career Pathways
Develop a comprehensive understanding of career opportunities related to academic majors by exploring employers, industry trends, and alumni experiences; engage in self-reflection to identify strengths, values, and interests.

Create and continuously update a personalized career plan that includes reflection on experiences and adaptability to changing career landscapes.
