· Assist with weekly project updates, bid proposals, cost projections, project cost reports, and Work Performance Reports (WPRs).

· Help monitor subcontractor and vendor performance while gaining hands-on exposure to scheduling, cost management, and project closeout.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or a related field preferred.

· Recent graduate or approximately 1-3 years out of school; relevant internship, co-op, field, or construction experience strongly preferred.

· Exposure to heavy civil construction, underground utilities, excavation, site preparation, or infrastructure projects is a plus.

· Ability to read construction plans and technical specifications with strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

· Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, HCSS, Unanet, or similar construction software is a plus.

· Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced field environment.

Location & Travel

· Must be willing and able to travel approximately 90% of the time, including extended project assignments and overnight travel.

· The initial project assignment will begin in the Sevierville, Tennessee area.

· Daily per diem and company-paid lodging are provided for qualifying travel assignments.

What We Offer
