Julia is a Supervising Environmentalist with Hennepin County. She supervises a group of health inspectors that travel throughout the county, inspecting any establishment that serves food to ensure they are up to code. When on site, Julia is not only checking for proper cooling and heating methods, she is also educating employees on hygiene and signs of illness.
