The 2025 Diversity Leadership Symposium:

Are you a future leader who can bring your unique background and diverse experiences to help us unlock new perspectives to drive innovation? Are you looking for an exciting internship or full-time opportunity for 2026? If so, Nestlé’s Diversity Leadership Symposium (DLS) might be the perfect fit for you!

This virtual two-day professional development and hiring event, taking place on August 13-14, is open to all students.

By participating in the symposium, you will have the chance to learn about Nestlé’s winning culture, hear from leaders, network with peers and current employees, and interview for our 2026 opportunities.

There is even a possibility of leaving the event with a job offer in hand.

Join us in making a meaningful impact on the world by unlocking different perspectives and driving innovation.

Here’s a breakdown of the 2026 Nestlé USA Procurement Internship Program:

At Nestlé USA, our Procurement team is driven by the desire to be a competitive advantage to the businesses that we support. Our Procurement professionals strive to deliver value efficiently and effectively, strategically manage our Direct and Indirect spend categories, and ensure supply to fulfill our commitments to deliver outstanding value to our customers and consumer.

Nestlé offers a 10-week internship program designed to provide you with the experience and knowledge essential for a successful career within Procurement. This internship is project-based, allowing you to take ownership of a project from start to finish, addressing a critical gap within the function and driving tangible value for the business. Through comprehensive, hands-on, and strategically integrated opportunities, this program aims to develop well-balanced Procurement professionals.

Location:

Roles are based in a corporate office location in Solon, OH or Arlington, VA. Must be flexible to work remote or in the office on any given day and reside within a commutable distance to Solon, OH or Arlington, VA.

Education Requirements:

Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management or other related field is required

Degree completed by June 2026

Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Experience Requirements:

Preferred Procurement or related internship/co-op experience.

Additional Requirements:

You should be available to start the program in June 2026.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who thrive on working on diverse business projects that involve research, cost analyses, and engaging stakeholders. Show us your drive and determination.

You should be a collaborative team player who excels in working with others.

Strong communication, influence, leadership, and analytical skills are essential. We want to see you make a difference in our organization.

Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, is preferred.
