About the Function

The Visitor Experience team at the Guinness Storehouse is responsible for delivering world-class customer experiences at Ireland’s number one visitor attraction. Every year, millions of guests visit the Home of Guinness to experience our brand story, heritage, hospitality, and iconic experiences.
About the Team

Our Visitor Experience team brings the magic of Guinness to life every day. Working across a range of interactive visitor experiences, the team creates memorable moments, shares the Guinness story, and ensures every guest receives outstanding service from arrival to departure.
About the Role

As a Guinness Storehouse Assistant, you will act as a Guinness Ambassador, creating exceptional experiences for visitors from around the world. You’ll deliver engaging interactions, support immersive experiences, and ensure every guest receives a welcoming, professional, and memorable visit. Success in this role means consistently delivering outstanding customer service while bringing energy, passion, and pride to every interaction.
Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable visitor experiences.
  • Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional assistance throughout their visit.
  • Guiding visitors through immersive Guinness experiences, including Guinness tasting and pouring experiences.
  • Delivering engaging presentations, orientations, and customer interactions with confidence.
  • Acting as a proud ambassador for the Guinness brand and story.
  • Following responsible alcohol service guidelines and maintaining high operational standards.
  • Supporting a safe, clean, and inclusive environment for visitors and colleagues.
  • Working collaboratively with teammates to create magical moments for every guest.

Experience / Skills Required

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • At least one year’s experience in a customer-facing hospitality, tourism, bar, or service environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with large groups.
  • Experience in public speaking, entertaining, presenting, or performing.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Spanish, Italian, German, or Chinese are highly desirable.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and building positive relationships.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high professional standards.
