The University Career Center and Office of Inclusion and Diversity are committed to helping our students embrace their inter-sectional identities and connect with employers who value diversity.
We invite you to attend this FREE breakfast event aimed to engage students with companies who are leaders in their diversity and inclusion initiatives in an informal networking setting. Students will learn about company programs promoting inclusion and engagement of their employees, while employers will meet potential applicants in a more intimate setting.

With over ten years of leadership experience, Olivia understands what it takes to lead an organization with authenticity, vulnerability and grace. As a smart and savvy authentic leadership expert, she seeks to transform, inspire and encourage others to use their gifts to make an eternal difference on earth.
A native of Auburn, AL, Olivia is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Public Administration and Public Policy Program at Auburn University. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Polymer and Fiber Engineering and minor in Spanish, as well as, a Master Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Health Administration, both from Auburn University. As Vice President of External Affairs at Profundity Investments, LLC, a member of the Advisory Board for the Women’s Leadership Institute (WLI) at Auburn University, and a founding member of a new start-up company headquartered in Auburn, AL, she seeks to understand people in each of her roles and help others reach their potential.
Olivia is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and is passionate about all things leadership, purpose and uplifting others. She lives by the quote, “When you have more than you need, build a longer table…not a higher fence.” There is a seat for everyone at the table.
