Benefits of Co-op

Cooperative education provides students with a range of benefits.  Here are three reasons why you should be considering the co-op program.

Co-op students gain up to 1 year of experience before graduation, giving them a competitive edge when seeking full-time employment after graduation.

Students who participate in the co-op program have the opportunity to test their choice of major and experience the career paths within that major.

All co-op positions must be paid, and co-op students must be employed full-time during work semesters.

How to Get Started

Are you an Auburn student interested in the Cooperative Education program? The first step is to attend an interest meeting. After attending this meeting, your Co-op Coordinator will then follow up with your next steps.
